If you want to grow organically, think collaboration- you need other people talking about you.

If collaboration isn’t an option for your niche or stage of business, then boosting your content to a clearly defined audience is your next best move. Just make sure your message resonates—talk to your audience about them. Their pain points. Their goals. Their reality. Oh, and this approach will generate faster results, so if time is key, your best bet is the paid route.

And the best advice I can give? Keep social media social. Engage in the comments. Start conversations. Be human.
